Winston Bell is a saxophonist and the grandson of pianist and composer Charles Bell Sr.
Winston will be joined by his father Charles “Poogie” Bell, a drummer, composer, and producer who performed on several Grammy Award-winning albums such as Chaka Khan’s The Woman I Am, Marcus Miller’s M2, and Angélique Kidjo’s Djin Djin.
The father and son performance brings a unique generational sound to the forefront, blending Winston’s warm, soulful tenor saxophone tone with Charles’ drums.
