The Wilson Springs Hotel are a Richmond-based Americana band consisting of members James Hickman (lead vocals, guitar), Brendan Boylan (electric guitar, pedal steel), Sebastian Richard (bass, vocals), Dustin Trowbridge (banjo, acoustic guitar), and Caleb Hickman (drums). The band released their self-titled debut album in 2021 and their follow-up, Old Thoughts and Memories, in April 2023.
Holler Choir is an Asheville-based old-time Americana band led by singer-songwriter and guitarist Clint Roberts. The band also features Helena Rose (banjo), Joey Brown (upright bass), and Nat Copeland (fiddle). Their debut album, Songs Before They Write Themselves, released this year in January, was produced by Grammy-winner Michael Ashworth and recorded at Echo Mountain Studios.
