2019 Hopscotch Day Party Guide

 By Cameron Lee

August 17, 2019

Since 2010, the Raleigh-based Hopscotch music festival has hosted a multitude of musical acts from varying genres. Spread across several downtown Raleigh venues, the festival allows you to catch some big-name touring acts like this year’s headliners James Blake, Kurt Vile, Chvrches, Jenny Lewis, and Phantogram, and regional artists like The Nude Party (Boone), Sarah Shook & the Disarmers (Chapel Hill), Kooley High (Raleigh), and Charlotte’s own Dreamville lyricist, Lute.

Hopscotch is also known nationally for curating a lineup of emerging indie acts and its organizers have a knack for bringing together special performances like the reunion of Little Brother this year on Sunday in City Plaza.
