With the Hornets moving up in the draft for the first time since 1999, things are looking up in Buzz City. Building on the excitement of the Hornets drafting No. 3 in the 2020 NBA Draft, the team has announced a virtual Hornets draft experience on Wednesday night, open to all fans.
The Hornets 2020 Draft Experience will kick off at 7 p.m. and will feature interviews with general manager Mitch Kupchak, coach James Borrego, PJ Washington, Thomas Davis, and more. Hosted by Hornets play-by-play announcer Eric Collins and in-arena host Jacinda Jacobs, the team will also be giving away $1,500 in prizes including $500 to the fan shop, a custom jersey and a pair of Jordans.
In addition, the Hornets Fan Shop will also officially re-open to the public on Thursday, November 19. With new social distancing guidelines and required masks, fans will also receive a free bobblehead with a purchase in the shop while supplies last.
