Grammy Award-winning multi-platinum rapper Nelly has announced a 50-plus date world tour with Eve, Ja Rule, Chingy, Jermaine Dupri, and the St. Lunatics. The 2025 tour titled, Where The Party, will make stops in Raleigh on Saturday, September 13 (Coastal Credit Union Music Park) and Charlotte on Sunday, September 14 (PNC Music Pavilion). Celebrating the 25th anniversary of his debut album, Country Grammar, which included the hits “Country Grammar (Hot Shit),” “E.I.,” and “Ride wit Me,” Nelly will headline 54 dates with the St. Lunatics following his tour with Janet Jackson in 2024.

The first lady of New York record label, Ruff Ryders, rapper and actress Eve will tour for the first time since 2017. Best known for her songs “Let Me Blow Your Mind,” “Who’s That Girl,” and “Gangsta Lovin’,” Eve’s debut studio album, Let There Be Eve…Ruff Ryders’ First Lady, made her the third female hip-hop artist in history to reach No. 1 on the Billboard 200. Her collaboration with Gwen Stefani, “Let Me Blow Your Mind,” also won the inaugural Grammy Award for Best Rap/Sung Collaboration.

Ja Rule, who last performed in North Carolina at Dreamville Fest in 2022, will bring his collection of hits like “Always On Time,” “Livin’ It Up,” “Mesmerize,” and “New York” on select dates (including Charlotte and Raleigh).

Rapper Chingy, who once had beef with Nelly, will reunite with the fellow St. Louis native to perform his biggest hits like “Right Thurr” and “Holidae In.” Producer and rapper Jermaine Dupri, who was actually born in Asheville, North Carolina, but raised in College Park, Georgia, will join the tour on all dates.

Citi cardmembers will have first access to presale tickets on Tuesday, December 10 at 10 a.m. with tickets going on sale to the public on Friday, December 13 at 10 a.m.
