Snoop Dogg returned to Charlotte to perform for the first time since his 2016 concert at PNC Music Pavilion with Wiz Khalifa, Kevin Gates, and Jhene Aiko. This time, he was supposed to be joined by Warren G for a rare performance on his I Wanna Thank Me Tour, but with a late scratch, North Carolina’s own Petey Pablo pulled up for a few songs at uncle Snoop’s party in Charlotte. With a career spanning over 26 years in hip-hop, Snoop proved he still knows how to move a crowd.
