One of Charlotte’s most recognizable music venues, The Evening Muse, needs your help. Like many smaller music establishments in the city, they rely heavily on nightly shows to pay the bills, employees and musicians. Longtime Evening Muse performer Dane Page, a Charlotte singer-songwriter, has announced a virtual concert with some talented area musicians to help raise funds for the beloved NoDa venue. “No one place has been more important to my musical career, and I love all of them to death. I want their doors to be open when this blows over, so I’d love for you to tune into our stream, and donate to the Muse,” he expressed through a Facebook post.

Sam Tayloe of TIme Sawyer

Among the performers pitching in for the cause are Time Sawyer frontman Sam Tayloe, singer-songwriter Ross Adams, and up-and-coming Concord, NC artist, Alexa Jenson. The live stream will be posted by the artists on Sunday, March 22 in the Facebook event page at the times listed below. The normal cost of the show at The Evening Muse would have been $10, but all donations are of course welcomed.
