The Lox, Too Short, Juvenile, Uncle Luke, Yung Joc, Akinyele, and North Carolina’s own R&B songstress Sunshine Anderson will perform in Charlotte on Friday, September 2 at Spectrum Center for the Duke’s Mayo Classic Kickback Concert. The event is a part of the Duke’s Mayo Classic weekend that will match HBCU’s North Carolina A&T and North Carolina Central in the 100th year of the storied football rivalry at Bank of America Stadium.

Hosted by the Charlotte Sports Foundation in partnership with 100 Black Men of Greater Charlotte– a nonprofit organization that helps enrich the lives of young African Americans across the country– the weekend will also feature a career fair, step show, Fan Fest, and a history exhibit at the Brooklyn Collective.

This will be the fourth year the Aggie-Eagle game has taken place in Charlotte. The two teams last played in the city at Memorial Stadium on October 4, 2008 in front of 20,180 fans, according to North Carolina A&T’s official website.

Tickets for the Kickback Concert on Friday, September 2 go on sale July, 22 at 10 a.m. and tickets to the Duke’s Mayo Classic at Bank of America Stadium on September 3 are now on sale.
