The Charlotte Hornets will host their official 2023 NBA Draft party Thursday night at Spectrum Center

Draft day has arrived and the Charlotte Hornets will host their official 2023 NBA Draft party Thursday night at Spectrum Center as they currently hold the No. 2 pick. Doors will open at 6:45 p.m. with the party taking place in the concourse and seating bowl of the arena with programming starting at 7 p.m. and the draft at 8 p.m. on the big screen.

Hornets legends Dell Curry and Muggsy Bogues will be in the house and the first 1,000 kids will receive a free “Bee-Ball for All” basketball with several more giveaways (autographed items, Hornets Fan Shop gift cards, and more) throughout the night. Attendees can win one of 35 giveaways in honor of the upcoming 35th Anniversary of the franchise by having their ticket scanned.

The Hornets’ beloved mascot Hugo will be in the building with The Honey Bees, and there will be several photo ops as fans celebrate Charlotte’s newest incoming players. Concession stands will also be open for the event as well as the Hornets Fan Shop.

The Charlotte Hornets official 2023 NBA Draft party takes place Thursday, June 22 at Spectrum Center. Doors open at 6:45 p.m. with programming starting a 7 p.m. and the draft starting at 8 p.m. Tickets are free but you must register for admission.
