D Smoke, the Inglewood, California rapper best known for winning the inaugural Netflix hip-hop competition Rhythm + Flow in 2019, has announced an 18-city North American tour that will stop in Charlotte on November 15 at The Underground.
The older brother of Top Dawg Entertainment R&B singer SiR and cousin of singer-songwriter Tiffany Gouché, signed with Snoop Dogg’s iteration of Death Row Records in 2023. He’s now preparing to release his third studio album, Wake Up Supa, later this year.
His debut studio album, Black Habits (2020), earned nominations for Best Rap Album and Best New Artist at the 63rd Annual Grammy Awards. Throughout his career, D Smoke has also collaborated with an impressive list of artists, including Robert Glasper, John Legend, LaRussell, BJ The Chicago Kid, Ari Lennox, Tobe Nwigwe, and more.
Presale for the tour starts Wednesday, July 16 at 10 a.m. (code: LIGHTS) with tickets going on sale to the public Friday, July 18 at 10 a.m.
