Charlotte FC returns to Bank of America Stadium this week for a pivotal match against league leaders Inter Miami CF. Miami boasts a three-game winning streak while Charlotte is 3-1-1 in their last five matches, coming off the 0-1 loss to Houston Dynamo FC.

Charlotte must maintain their defensive intensity from the start to combat Miami’s potent offense, even without Messi and Suarez playing, who are both representing their countries at Copa America.

Home teams are undefeated in all previous matchups between Charlotte and Miami, with the most recent last year on MLS Decision Day, when the Crown earned a 1-0 win to qualify for the MLS Cup Playoffs for the first time in club history.
