Charlotte FC will host a World Cup watch party at Romare Bearden Park as the United States Men’s National Team takes on Wales in the first match of the 2022 World Cup in Qatar.
Attendees can watch the match on the big screen with local food trucks, beer, and a mini soccer pitch on site with appearances from Charlotte FC players and Sir Minty the mascot. There will also be a merch store with Charlotte FC and USA gear, kicking contests for prizes, video activations, and music by DJ Fannie Mae.
The watch party begins at 11 a.m. with Senegal vs. Netherlands on the big screen then USA vs. Wales starting at 2 p.m. You can reserve your spot here.
