Katsu Kart and CLT Asian Eats celebrate Asian American and Pacific Islander Heritage Month at HopFly Brewing Company with the return of the “Night Market” on Friday night. The evening will feature several locally owned food trucks including YuYu Kitchen (Japanese), Banh Mi Brothers (Vietnamese), AhaanLao (Lao/Thai), Katsu Kart (Japanese sandwiches), Cutting Board CLT (Korean corn dogs, ramen, and Birria tacos), Blasian Asian Way, Sosu Ramen, Boba Baba Cafe (boba teas), and Beard Papa Bakery. In addition to all of the food, there will also be a DJ, the beer offerings at HopFly Brewing Company, local vendors, and giveaways. Admission to the event is free, and it’s family and pet friendly.
