Hola Charlotte Festival is back for its 12th edition celebrating Hispanic Heritage Month in Uptown this weekend. Produced by Norsan Media, a Charlotte-based Hispanic-owned media company, the festival will take over Tryon Street from Brooklyn Village to 4th Street with live music, authentic Latin cuisine, salsa dancing, a cultural village, pop-up street performances, and more.
With musical acts representing multiple genres like merengue, salsa, cumbia, and Latin pop, the lineup will feature performances by Oro Solido, Fulanito, Grupo Controll, Sonora Dinamita, Sabrosalsa, Samba Charlotte, Rumbao Latin Dance, and aerial acts Nouveau Sud Circus. Food vendors will include El Lagunero, El Pailon Colombiano, Giselle Quesabirrias, Comoda Venezolana, Paella South, Coquito Flavored Ice, and more.
