Joe May, the Charlotte singer-songwriter, keyboardist, and producer best for his work with Pluto Gang, brings his dynamic nine-piece ensemble, Joe May’s Month of Mondays, to Visulite Theatre Saturday night. Blending brass harmonies, soulful grooves, and vintage keyboard notes, the collective brings a vibrant musical energy to the stage, reminiscent of bands like Chicago, The Doobie Brothers, Wings, and Steely Dan.
Jacoozy is a five-piece rock band from Boone, North Carolina, that fuses rock, funk, and R&B. Known for their improvisations, the band features guitarists Killian Wright and Will Fentress, drummer Pauly Scott, keyboardist Isaac McMurry, and bassist Ramon Garcia.
