The Latin American Coalition presents the 33rd annual Festival Latino Americano for the first time at The Amp Ballantyne in south Charlotte. The event will feature authentic cuisine from several representing countries with internationally renowned musical acts and performances. There will also be an interactive village showcasing Latin American cultures, a local market, and a great lineup of food vendors including Brasas Arepas Grill, La Michoacana, El Lagunero, Las Americas, The Collective Cafe, and Alicia’s Kitchen.
Venezuela-born salsa/merengue singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Felipe Pelaez will headline the festival with performances by Sincopao Flamenco, Saokao Latin Dance, Rumba Latin Dance, and more.
