Confluence, a Charlotte music conference and showcase, presents a special hip-hop concert at The Underground featuring North Carolina artists Mez, Reuben Vincent, JxHines, Chocolate KNDY, Tanajah, Phaze Gawd, and Static the Prodigy.

Raleigh native rapper, producer and director, Mez, released his first official project, The Loading EP, through Mass Appeal Records in April featuring Leon Bridges (“Around The World”) and Isaiah Rashad (“Hot Spot”). The multi-faceted artist is best known for his writing work on Dr. Dre’s 2015 album, Compton, and for directing J. Cole’s 2019 video for “Middle Child.”

Charlotte Jamla/Roc Nation artist, Reuben Vincent, is coming off his latest project, General Admission, released in April.

Charlotte R&B crooner, JxHines, who is best known for his tracks “Fireflies” and “Body Like SZA,” released his debut studio album, Love Stories, in 2020.
