The U.S. National Whitewater Center’s popular Green River Revival will be headlined by soul band Lee Fields and The Expressions on March 14. Lee Fields, who was born in Wilson, North Carolina, is beloved by Charlotte music fans, as he has played several shows in the city including the now-defunct Tremont Music Hall and Neighborhood Theatre.
The Green River Revival, a free St. Patrick’s Day celebration best known for the glowing green river also hosts the Color Me Green 5K series with outdoor activities, food, local beer, and yoga.
