Megan Thee Stallion has announced additional 2024 tour dates in anticipation of her new album, Megan, set to be released this Friday, June 28. Initially revealing her Hot Girl Summer Tour back in March following the release of her chart-topping single, “Hiss,” the new tour dates will include a stop in Charlotte next week at PNC Music Pavilion on July 3.
Rising to prominence in 2018 with the single “Big Ole Freak” from her second EP, Tina Snow, it was the first of many entries into the Billboard charts for the Houston rapper. Meg released her debut studio album, Good News, in 2020 featuring the viral track “Body” and “Savage (Remix)” featuring Beyoncé, winning the Grammy Award for Best New Artist in 2021.
Meg’s third studio album set to be released this week features UGK, Victoria Monét, Yuki Chiba, and GloRilla, who is her opening act for the Hot Girl Summer Tour. GloRilla, the 24-year-old Memphis rapper signed to Yo Gotti’s Collective Music Group is best known for her hits “Yeah Glo!,” “F.N.F. (Let’s Go),” and “Wanna Be,” featuring Megan Thee Stallion.
Megan Thee Stallion’s Hot Girl Summer Tour with GloRilla will stop in Charlotte on Wednesday, July 3 at PNC Music Pavilion, and tickets are now on sale.
