After announcing a string of shows in Charlotte earlier this year at The Comedy Zone to test out new material, rescheduling, and then eventually cancelling the dates, Pete Davidson and Live Nation have announced two new dates in North Carolina. The Saturday Night Live alum will perform in Charlotte on August 20 at The Fillmore and Greensboro on August 23 at Carolina Theatre.
The short tour will also make stops in Baltimore and Las Vegas, coinciding with his five dates with fellow comedians John Mulaney and Jon Stewart in early September. There has been no word on who the special guest “friends” will be for the North Carolina shows.
Davidson recently checked in and out of rehab seeking in-patient therapy to address ongoing issues with borderline personality disorder, according to Page Six. The 29-year-old comedian and actor who is not active on social media, surfaced at a restaurant in West Palm Beach, Florida this week looking healthy and in good spirits. His new comedy television series, Bupkis, premiered on Peacock in May.

These tour dates will be a phone-free experience and the use of phones, smart watches, and accessories will not be permitted in the performance space. Items will be secured in individual pouches that will be opened at the end of the event.
The Live Nation pre-sale begins Thursday, August 10 at 12 p.m. (code: TRACK) and the public on-sale starts Friday, August 11 at 10 a.m.
