5th & York is a North Carolina smooth jazz band with influences ranging from the Yellow Jackets and Fourplay to the great funk bands of the ’70s and ’80s. They have opened for renowned national recording artists such as Earth, Wind & Fire, Chicago, Anthony Hamilton, and Gerald Levert. They perform regularly at the Ritz Carlton in Charlotte and have played events like Sunset Jazz Festival and Fall for Greenville Festival.
