Bites on Seventh Festival (formally Eat Black Charlotte Food & Culture Festival) returns to Uptown this weekend hosted by comedian Tim Shropshire with performances by singer-songwriter and musician, Ray Singleton, and five-year-old rap phenom, Savannah “VanVan” McConnaughey. With several food trucks and restaurants serving up their most popular bite-sized offerings, the community event will celebrate Black-owned businesses in Charlotte at Victoria Yards, 7th Street Market, and First Ward Park.
The event is free to the public with the option to purchase an early entry ticket. You can also purchase an RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) wristband that includes a $5 credit.
