The Charlotte Symphony introduces Kwamé Ryan in his first concert as musical director leading the Charlotte Master Chorale and two celebrated vocal soloists (soprano Janai Brugger and baritone Alexander Birch Elliott) for a moving interpretation of Brahms’s A German Requiem. Brahms’s masterpiece, known for its profound beauty will be paired with the deeply emotional Musica Dolorosa by Pēteris Vasks, ushering in a new chapter for the Charlotte Symphony.
