Celebrating the music of Afrobeat pioneer, bandleader, composer, and political activist, Fela Kuti, Fela! The Concert will bring a decorated 10-piece live instrumental band, skilled group of singers and dancers, and members of the original Tony Award-winning Broadway production to Charlotte. With colorful costumes set against a canvas of large projected images, it will be the first show of its kind at the new outdoor venue, The Amp Ballantyne.
