North Charleston’s High Water Festival returns to Riverfront Park April 15-16 hadlined Beck, Big Boi, Father John Misty, Wilco, Orville Peck, and Rainbow Kitten Surprise. Curated by South Carolina’s Shovels & Rope, the fifth-year festival will also include sets by Bleachers, Lucius, Angel Olsen, Black Opry Revue, Tre Burt, Guster, and more.
A multi-day festival started in 2017 and produced by Shovels & Rope, AC Entertainment and C3 Presents, the event brings together a stellar music lineup with culinary experiences, and local craft vendors on the banks of the Cooper River.
