Jason Scavone is a singer-songwriter and record producer from Charlotte, North Carolina, and the former frontman of the band The Noises 10. Scavone has recorded with and mentored under producer Eric Valentine (Taking Back Sunday, Nickel Creek, Third Eye Blind), and performed with such acts as Brandi Carlile, Jason Isbell, Derek Trucks Band, and 30 Seconds To Mars.
Scavone has released a series of singles in 2022: “Old Friend,” “Screens,” “Wildfire,” “Already There,” and “Love Wins” from his forthcoming album set to be released soon. The self-produced album (mixed at Wilco’s Chicago studio by Tom Schick and mastered by Bob Ludwig) was written during the midst of the pandemic as Scavone re-evaluated his relationship with music.
For Madison Lucas, the lead vocalist and songwriter of Charlotte’s indie pop band Modern Moxie, the art of crafting each song is taken straight from the heart. The band’s 2019 debut, Claw Your Way Out, used self-reliance as a main theme, but their new EP, Gutter Honey, takes a more introspective look at life and tries to make sense of our place in it, especially as things change as we get older. With arrow-like precision, each track leaves a poetic message for her audience to ponder.
Carly Taich is a folk-pop singer-songwriter and musician based in Asheville, North Carolina. Taich released her latest EP, It Tends to Glow, on December of 2020.
