Mon Rovîa is an Appalachian folk singer-songwriter whose music reflects his journey as a war refugee. Rescued during the Liberian civil conflict and adopted by American missionaries, his upbringing heavily influences his storytelling and genre-blending artistry. Best known for his tracks, “crooked the road.,” “City on a Hill,” and “To Watch the World Spin Without You,” Rovîa recently released a new EP, Act 4: Atonement, on January 10.
