The comedy rock duo consisting of actors/musicians Jack Black and Kyle Gass, Tenacious D, have announced 2023 U.S. tour dates, and will make a stop in Charlotte on September 6 at PNC Music Pavilion. The tour date is currently one of only seven U.S. shows in 2023, and this is the first time the duo will perform in Charlotte since 2012. Tenacious D also recently released a single,”Video Games,” a cover of Chris Isaak’s “Wicked Games,” and are expected to release a new album soon. The band will be joined by comedian, musician, and podcaster Dave Hill as an opening act.
