Lauryn Hill has announced her long-awaited tour dates for the 25th anniversary of her monumental debut studio album, The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill. Hill will reunite with the Fugees for all North American shows starting in her home state of New Jersey in October and end the tour run in Seattle, Washington in November.

The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill is and was a love song to my parents, my family, my people, my musical and cultural forebears, my teachers, my loves, my Creator,” Hill said in a statement. “I wrote love songs and protest songs – (still love songs) about the subjects and interests that inspired and moved me. I was confident that what inspired me would resonate with an audience that had been led to believe that songs of that kind could only live in the past.”

In June, Hill performed with Wyclef Jean and Pras Michel of the Fugees at the Roots Picnic in Philadelphia. Back in 2018, Hill cancelled dates in Charlotte and Raleigh for her 20th anniversary tour for The Miseducation.

Tickets will go on sale to the public starting Friday, August 25 at 10 a.m., a Citi Card pre-sale will begin on Wednesday, August 23 at 10 a.m., and an artist pre-sale will launch on Thursday, August 24 at 10 a.m.
