Country-folk singer-songwriter and musician Tyler Childers will make four stops in the Carolinas this month with his longtime band, The Food Stamps. The Send in the Hounds Tour kicked off in April and will come to Raleigh (August 13 at Red Hat Amphitheater), Charlotte (August 15-16 at Skyla Credit Union Amphitheatre), Wilmington (August 18 at Live Oak Bank Pavilion), and Charleston (August 19 at Credit One Stadium). All of the Carolina shows will include Kentucky singer-songwriter S.G. Goodman as an opener with Abby Hamilton joining for the Charleston and Wilmington dates.
Childers released his latest album, Can I Take My Hounds to Heaven?, on September 30, 2022 through Hickman Holler / RCA, marking his first top 10 album on the Billboard 200. The album followed his 2020 Grammy-nominated project, Long Violent History. Childers released a new single, In Your Love, on July 27.
