My Morning Jacket and Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats have announced a co-headlining tour that will make three Carolina stops including Wilmington on September 10 (Live Oak Bank Pavilion), Charleston on September 12 (Credit One Stadium), and Charlotte on September 13 (PNC Music Pavilion). The Eye To Eye Tour will see the two bands playing equal-length sets, swapping the performance order for each show.

“We were lucky enough to see Nathaniel and some of the Night Sweats at Preservation Hall in New Orleans some years ago– our minds were blown, our hearts were opened, and we got swept up in the joy of it all,” said Jim James of My Morning Jacket in a press release statement.

The eclectic Kentucky rock band, My Morning Jacket, released their ninth (self-titled) studio album in 2021, a live album (MMJ Live Vol. 3: Bonnaroo 2003) in June, and their first Christmas LP, Happy Holiday!, in November. The soulful Colorado-based indie folk/Americana outfit Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweats released their latest album, The Future, through famed Memphis label Stax Records in 2021.

Artist presale will begin on Tuesday, March 26 at 10 a.m. and tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, March 29 at 10 a.m. One dollar from every ticket purchased will also benefit non-profit Reverb, an organization that empowers people to reduce the environmental footprint and take action on the climate crisis.
