Following the announcement of the Final Chamber Tour last year, the iconic Staten Island, New York rap collective Wu-Tang Clan has extended its final tour with a date in Charlotte on September 18 at Truliant Amphitheatre, joined by Bone Thugs-n-Harmony.

The tour will feature all surviving original members — RZA, GZA, Raekwon, Ghostface Killah, Method Man, Inspectah Deck, U-God, Masta Killa, and Cappadonna — with Ol’ Dirty Bastard’s son, Young Dirty Bastard, also performing.

Wu-Tang Clan’s debut album, Enter the Wu-Tang (36 Chambers), released in 1993, is widely regarded as one of the greatest hip-hop albums of all time. The group became a cultural phenomenon, influencing countless artists and contributing to the global reach of hip-hop. Their 1997 album, Wu-Tang Forever, debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard charts, and the song “Triumph” earned the group a Grammy nomination in 1998 for Best Rap Performance by a Duo or Group.

Individually, the members have also earned significant acclaim over the years, releasing classic solo projects such as Raekwon’s Only Built 4 Cuban Linx… (1995), Method Man’s Tical (1994), Ghostface Killah’s Ironman (1996) and Supreme Clientele (2000), GZA’s Liquid Swords (1995), and RZA’s Bobby Digital in Stereo (1998).

Bone Thugs-n-Harmony, a groundbreaking hip-hop group from Cleveland, Ohio, consisting of Krayzie Bone, Layzie Bone, Bizzy Bone, Wish Bone, and Flesh-n-Bone, rose to fame with their fusion of rapid-fire raps and melodic harmonies. They helped redefine the sound of ’90s hip-hop and achieved massive commercial success with their diamond-certified album E. 1999 Eternal and hit singles like “Tha Crossroads,” “1st of tha Month,” and “Look into My Eyes,” earning a Grammy Award for Best Rap Performance in 1997.

Wu-Tang Clan last performed in Charlotte on the NY State of Mind Tour with Nas in 2022. Citi cardmembers will have the first opportunity to purchase tickets on Tuesday, March 24 at 10 a.m. with tickets going on sale to the public on Friday, March 27 at 10 a.m.
