CLTure, Voodoo Ranger, and Crown Station present a new and unique comedy event starring fast-rising Charlotte stand-up comedian, Jordan Centry. Centry, who has gained a substantial social media following with his hilarious commentary on 2000s hip-hop and R&B music videos, will headline 106 & NoDa, a comedy event and dance party that mimics the video countdown shows of the 2000s. The evening will also feature up-and-coming Charlotte comedians Don Garrett and Kayla Kandi for a laugh-out-loud nostalgic comedy experience that will have you reminiscing of the days watching BET and MTV after school.

Attendees are also encouraged to dress up in their favorite 2000s attire and iconic looks from the era. Food truck Don’s Jamaican Kitchen will be serving up their authentic oxtails, jerk chicken, and beef patties, while local vintage company BYOP CLT sets up a pop-up shop, and there will be a fun photo booth activation on site.

Centry, Garrett, and Kandi will break down popular R&B and hip-hop videos from the era in a countdown format with music and comedy sets in between. A sit-down event with limited space, the night will culminate with a fun dance party featuring all of the biggest hits from the days of 106 & Park.
