Leslie Lloyd Odom Jr. is an actor and singer who first gained recognition playing Aaron Burr in the musical, Hamilton, which earned him a Tony Award for Best Actor in a Musical and a Grammy Award for Best Musical Theater Album. Odom portrayed Sam Cooke in the 2020 film, One Night in Miami…, directed by Regina King, which earned him an Oscar nod for Best Supporting Actor. He also recently played Lionel Toussaint in the Rian Johnson film, Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery.
Throughout his music career, Odom has released four albums: Leslie Odom Jr. (2014), Simply Christmas (2016), Mr. (2019), and The Christmas Album (2020).
