Organized by Carolinas Asian-American Chamber of Commerce, Mecklenburg County Park and Recreation, and the Charlotte Dragon Boat Association, the annual Charlotte Dragon Boat + Asian Festival returns to Ramsey Creek Park in Cornelius. Celebrating Asian culture, the all-day event will feature the time-honored Chinese tradition of dragon boat racing along the banks of Lake Norman with food vendors, crafts, dance performances, kid’s activities, and more. Vendors representing multiple Asian countries will be on site with a variety of eats and treats for sale.

Parking for the festival is located at 8900 North Pointe Executive Park, Huntersville, NC 28078. The lot opens at 9 a.m. for festival-goers with a shuttle to and from Ramsey Creek Park.
