Charlotte StrEATs returns to Gateway Village this weekend featuring award-winning chef, television personality, and author Aarón Sánchez.
Saturday will feature the StrEATs Tasting Tour, where attendees will be able to sample small bites from local restaurants and craft cocktails by Charlotte mixologists.

Sunday’s Charlotte StrEATs Festival is a free event that will feature a cooking demonstration by Aarón Sánchez and a neighborhood cook-off hosted by the celebrity chef. The battles will pit Charlotte chefs in head-to-head matchups to win the title of StrEATs Neighborhood Champion. You can also shop local in the artisan market featuring some of the city’s top culinary vendors and hit up the many food trucks on site.
