The Gene Brown Beatdown returns to Charlotte’s QC Soundstage this weekend featuring legendary hip-hop producers Large Professor, Diamond D, Ski Beatz, Rashad Smith, Evil Dee, Mr. Walt, and more. Hosted by spoken word poet Bluz with DJ Justice, the evening will also feature performances by Jamla Records artists Heather Victoria, Swank & King Draft, The Musalini, and Khrysis.
On Friday night, there will also be a special Gene Brown Beatdown “Carolina Love” pre-party at The Tavern featuring beat sets by local/regional producers and performances by Carolina artists.
