The inaugural Hispanic Heritage Festival of the Carolinas celebrates Hispanic culture with food, crafts and live music featuring Elvis Crespo, Grupo Kazzabe, Monchy, DJ Osocity, Don Chezina, La Sonora Dinamita, Orquestra Mayor, Salsa Charlotte, Samba De Brazil, and more.
