Legendary rock bands ZZ Top and Lynyrd Skynyrd are coming to Charlotte for a co-headlining tour with country rock/rap artist Uncle Kracker. The current lineup for Lynyrd Skynyrd features Johnny Van Zant (vocals), Rickey Medlocke (drums, vocals, mandolin), Mark “Sparky” Matejka (guitar), Michael Cartellone (drums), Keith Christopher (bass), Peter Keys (keyboards), Carol Chase (back-up vocals) and Stacy Michelle (back-up vocals). ZZ Top now consists of Billy Gibbons (vocals, guitar), Frank Beard (drums), and Elwood Francis (bass) since the passing of longtime member Dusty Hill in 2021.
