The organizers of the Mad Monster Party (a traveling horror, sci-fi, and fantasy convention) and AvidXchange Music Factory will host the first annual Mad Monster Halloween Party in Charlotte this weekend.
With musical performances by Black Sabbath parody band Mac Sabbath, Transformers-themed ’80s rockers Cybertronic Spree, and Kiss tribute band Mini Kiss, the event will also feature a special appearance by James Jude Courtney, the actor and stuntman who played Michael Myers in Halloween (2018), Halloween Kills (2021) and Halloween Ends (2022). There will also be a costume contest judged by Courtney himself with the winner taking home a $1000 prize!
