Matchbox Twenty will be hitting the road in May for a 50-date spring/summer tour. The is the band’s first tour since 2017 which marked the 20th anniversary of their Diamond-certified debut album Yourself or Someone Like You. The Slow Dream Tour will feature singer-songwriter/producer Ben Rector in Charlotte at PNC Music Pavilion July 11 and Raleigh at Coastal Credit Union Music Park July 12.
The band also released a new single, “Wild Dogs (Running In A Slow Dream),” their first release in over a decade from their forthcoming fifth studio album, Where The Light Goes, arriving May 26 through Atlantic Records.
