Robert Plant and Alison Krauss will reunite for their first tour in over a decade following the release of their latest collaborative album, Raise the Roof, produced by T Bone Burnett. The duo won five Grammy Awards including Album of the Year at the 51st Grammy Awards for their 2007 album, Raising Sand.
The tour kicks off on April 25 in Shreveport, Louisiana, making three stops in North Carolina: Asheville on May 9 at Harrrah’s Cherokee Center, Wilmington on May 10 at Live Oak Bank Pavilion, and Charlotte on May 15 at Charlotte Metro Credit Union Amphitheatre.
Pre-sale starts Wednesday, February 1 at 10 a.m. (code: PLANTKRAUSS) with public on-sale beginning on Friday, February 3 at 10 a.m.
