JazzArts Charlotte teams up with the Mint Museum to present a special “informance” that explores Bearden’s roots and relationship with jazz, and works of art that were influenced by music. The event will take place at the Mint Museum Uptown from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. and will be free with museum admission. Bearden/Picasso: Rhythms and Reverberations is currently on exhibit at the Mint Museum Uptown through May 21.
