Superchunk a Chapel Hill indie rock band fronted by singer-songwriter and guitarist Mac McCaughan. Formed in 1989, members McCaughan and original band member Laura Ballance also own and operate independent record label, Merge Records. They have released 12 studio albums, with their latest, Wild Loneliness, in 2022.
Sluice is the recording project of Durham-based musician/engineer Justin Morris.
