John Mellencamp is a Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter and musician known for his signature brand of heartland rock. He amassed over 20 Top 40 hits in the ’80s including “Hurts So Good,” “Jack & Diane,” “Pink Houses,” and “Small Town.” Mellencamp has sold over 30 million albums in the US and over 60 million worldwide. He is also a founding member of the non-profit Farm Aid, and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2008 and the Songwriters Hall of Fame in 2018.
