Stephen Wilson Jr. is an indie alternative country singer-songwriter and guitarist from Indiana self describes his sound as “Death Cab for Country.” A self-taught guitarist who was raised by a single father who was a boxer, Wilson studied microbiology at Middle Tennessee State University and co-founded the indie rock band AutoVaughn, signing a publishing deal with BMG Nashville in 2016. Co-writing songs for Caitlyn Smith, Brothers Osborne, Old Dominion, MacKenzie Porter, and Tim McGraw, Wilson released his debut album, Son of Dad, in 2023 through Big Loud Records.
