Bruce Hazel of Temperance League and John William Harrell of Hectorina team up for an exciting new musical partnership. Drawing inspiration from the pop/rock songs of writers such as Randy Newman, Harry Nilsson, Warren Zevon, Tom Waits and Burt Bacharach, the duo will perform a special set at Petra’s on Friday night.
Started as a solo project by Chris Lonon (MOA, Sam the Lion, Sea of Cortez, and The Houstons), The Olde Guard has since expanded to a five-piece band consisting of Charlotte music scene veterans. At The Lighthouse, their debut album (recorded at Old House Studio), was released on March 15.
Wilde Green is the indie glam rock music project of singer-songwriter and musician Kevin Terrell.
