Picasso Landscapes: Out of Bounds and Bearden/Picasso: Rhythms and Reverberations opens at the Mint Museum Uptown with live music, a cash bar and a curator presentation on Saturday, February 11. The opening celebration will also feature a talk about the works in Picasso Landscapes: Out of Bounds with Laurence Madeline, chief curator for the French National Heritage and former curator at the Musée Picasso Paris.
With more than 40 works spanning Picasso’s full career, Picasso Landscapes: Out of Bounds, is the first of only two venues in the United States to feature this exhibition filled with works from private collections and international museums.
