Zorn is a punk metal band from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania who released their debut self-titled studio album on March 25, 2023. With a vinyl distributed by Raleigh’s Sorry State Records, Zorn’s metal-punk style draws on “death rock melodies, intricate thrash riffing, and the bulldozing power of Discharge-inspired hardcore bands.”

Mutant Strain is a hardcore punk band signed to Raleigh’s Sorry State Records, known for their raucous performances inciting mosh pits around the city and beyond. The band released a new album, Murder of Crows, on September 29.

Overgrown Throne are a Chapel Hill-based hardcore punk band that released their debut album, Captured Alive, on June 9, 2023.
